You will have received a VAT invoice with your ticket confirmation, search your emails for tickets@universe.com with a PDF attachment.

If you need to enter in your company info & address to your invoice please visit our ticketing platform Universe for details on how to do this: www.support.universe.com/Generate-an-invoice-for-your-order

How do I edit the details of my ticket?

Do I need a ticket in my name?

Yes, every attendee needs a ticket in their name with a barcode / QR code.  If you do not know the details of every ticket holder at the time of purchase you can enter TBC in the fields and use your email address for each ticket. All tickets will need to be individually assigned at least one month before the event.

Can I purchase a festival ticket to attend all of the events?

Sadly we cannot offer a festival ticket. This is because when we started selling tickets we had not confirmed all of the events within the festival. We hope to be able to offer this in future years 🙂

To confirm – for 2019 you must have a separate ticket in your name for each separate event.

I can’t make it, can I have a refund or cancel my ticket?

Ah shucks, we will miss you. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. To find out how to edit your ticket please visit: www.universesupport.zendesk.com/edit-ticket

I have a ticket to the Legal Geek Conference, does this include access to the Legal Design Geek Conference?

Afraid not, these are two separate events, so you will need to purchase a separate ticket for each event.

I am a student but I can't afford the ticket price, how can I get involved?

Students can apply for a discounted ticket or apply to volunteer at the event by completing this form using a university email address.
