The home of legal innovation

“The go-to Legal Tech event”
The Law Society Gazette

Legal Geek’s events and programmes connect changemakers and create a positive impact on the legal industry.

Everything we do delivers real-world change. In 2016, we organised the world’s first lawtech startup conference and our events now attract thousands of attendees from around the globe.

Since then, Legal Geek has launched the first European lawtech startup map, run access to justice events, and created a mentoring programme that supports underrepresented groups in the sector.

What we do

Startup Map

One-of-a-kind and the first in the world, the Startup Map was created to help people navigate the lawtech industry. It now features 300+ startups and scaleups and is continuously expanding.

Mentoring Programme

Our mentorship programme helps underrepresented groups break into the sector and is developing a pipeline of future leaders. Register your interest to take part in the next cohort.

Legal Geek North America

Legal Geek will be back in North America in June 2023. Sponsorship opportunities are available, and tickets will be going on sale very soon, join the pre-registration list to find out first.

Legal Geek Conference

Join 2000 attendees from across the world in October 2023 in Shoreditch, London. The Law Society Gazette describes the conference as the “go-to Legal Tech event”.

Law for Good

Law for Good is our pro-bono arm, supporting legal charities using technology to improve access to justice. The Law for Good Conference is back on 22 October 2022.

Student LawTech Fair

We run one free student event per year in partnership with the University of Law. This event helps you understand the impact technology is having on the sector.

We continually reduce the environmental impact of our events. We also have a tree-planting campaign and showcase sustainability tech across our events.

News and Articles

Interviews, sector updates, new initiatives and thought-leadership. We also have a series on demystifying industry terms, and speaking to lawyers who code.
