Natalie SandpearlNatalie Sandpearl is a former insolvency solicitor who now works for legal engineering business SYKE as a legal document automation specialist and lawyer. She started coding in 2017.

What kick-started your interest in coding?

“I was already experienced in Contract Express Author software, and my interest in coding began a few years back when I realised it would allow me to use my brain more creatively and apply logic to building legal solutions via automation.”

How does coding help you as a lawyer?

“I enjoy the rapid progress from commencing automation work to completion and delivery of the final product which then improves the delivery of legal services by driving consistency, mitigating error and creating efficiency.”
